Zeenat Nagree is an independent art critic and researcher based in Bombay, India. Nagree completed a Master’s in Art History, Theory and Criticism from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2016 with a focus on indigenism and internationalism in writing on Indian art. She has worked as Art Editor for Time Out Mumbai and Text Editor for Art India.

During her stay, Zeenat Nagree researched the performance art in Bangladesh and produced an article titled To Preserve and Protest. The article was later published in Artforum.
